1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Good Proxies service, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any provisions, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Good Proxies provides access to public proxy servers via API. We do not guarantee uninterrupted proxy server operation and are not responsible for their availability.

3. Registration and Access Keys

To use the service, you must purchase an access key. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your key. Sharing keys with third parties is prohibited.

4. Usage Restrictions

It is prohibited to use the service for:

• Any kind of illegal activity
• DDoS attacks or other types of cyber attacks
• Spam or mass mailing
• Copyright infringement
• Hacking or unauthorized access to systems
• Any actions violating the law

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is made in advance.

6. Refund Policy

Since the proxy servers provided are publicly available and not directly controlled by our service, users have the right to request a refund for the purchased access key only if defects are found that were not previously disclosed.

Refund conditions:

• Refunds are provided only in case of service downtime for half of the key validity period, but not less than 24 hours
• In other cases, including temporary unavailability of proxies with specific characteristics, refunds are not provided
• Refunds are calculated minus the used full and partial days of key validity
• After a refund is issued, the access key is immediately blocked

Refund methods:

• WebMoney Transfer: refund to WM wallet or credit to mobile phone of Russian operators
• Cardlink: refund through cardlink.link system according to their regulations
• Additional costs for currency conversion and payment system fees are not compensated

7. Plan Limitations

Each plan has limitations on the number of daily requests and the number of IP address subnets. When limits are exceeded, API access will be temporarily restricted until the next day.

8. Key Activation and Validity

Access keys must be activated within 10 months of purchase. After activation, the validity period begins immediately and cannot be paused. Inactive keys can be used to extend another active key. Expired keys are non-refundable.

9. Prohibited Actions

Strictly prohibited:

• Using one key by multiple users or on multiple devices simultaneously
• Reselling access keys
• Distributing proxy lists obtained from the service
• Checking obtained proxies on public websites
• Manipulating counters, votes, and ratings
• Using proxies through VPN, other proxies, or remote desktop
• Bypassing website blocks and protection systems

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Changes to Terms

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the functionality of proxy servers, their speed, anonymity, or availability. The administration is not responsible for possible proxy blocks on websites or their unavailability.

12. Limitation of Liability

Good Proxies is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Users use proxy servers at their own risk.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means your acceptance of the new terms.

15. Administration Rights

The administration reserves the right to:

• Block user access without prior notice or refund if violations are suspected
• Block access keys, IP addresses, email addresses, and payment credentials
• Change any service parameters without prior notice
• Provide lists with partially or fully non-working proxies to users suspected of violations
• Request additional information from users to confirm the legality of their actions

16. Technical Requirements

Access to the service through a browser must be performed using a browser that supports and has JavaScript and Cookies enabled. Browser extensions/plugins that restrict the functionality of the service must be disabled. Otherwise, the functionality of the service is not guaranteed.

17. Server Load Limits

If the administration determines that too many requests are coming from an IP address to the server hosting the service, the IP may be blocked to protect the infrastructure and ensure normal operation for other users.

18. IP Geolocation

This service uses GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind (https://www.maxmind.com) and the IP2Location LITE database for IP geolocation. The administration is not responsible for incorrect country determination of some proxies, as the geolocation database may become outdated.
