01

Where do the proxies come from?

Our crawler collects proxy lists from public Internet sources and finds open proxies independently. The list is filtered, dangerous IP ranges are removed, and every proxy is then checked for type, anonymity, speed and other parameters. Only matching proxies are added to the database. All proxies are continuously rechecked with a 5-second timeout and the list is refreshed more than once per minute.
02

Where can I get a login and password for the proxies?

All our proxies work without authentication (no login/password needed). Authentication is required only for our API/dashboard with your access key.
03

Can I filter proxies by city or region?

Yes — country and city filters are available through the country and city API parameters and in the dashboard. City accuracy depends on GeoLite2 and IP2Location databases.
04

Why is Good Proxies a good choice?

Low price (from $2 per week), full access to all proxy types, instant key delivery, and a refund within 24 hours if the service did not work for you.
05

Why is your proxy list better?

We filter out junk subnets, recheck every proxy with a 5-second timeout and refresh the list several times per minute, so the response contains only live working proxies.
06

How do I buy a key?

Open the Pricing page, choose a plan and pay with bank card or cryptocurrency. The key is emailed instantly after payment.
07

Can I extend my existing key?

Yes. Buy a new key and use the extend feature in the dashboard — the new days will be added to your current key.
08

I have a key — how do I get proxies?

Open the dashboard or call our API: https://good-proxies.com/api/?key=YOUR_KEY.
09

Why is there a per-day proxy limit on the API?

The limit protects the service from abuse. If you need more — choose a plan with a higher limit or contact us.
10

I did not receive my key after payment. What now?

Check the spam folder. If the key is still missing after 10 minutes — email [email protected] with the email and payment time, we will resend the key.
11

I bought a new key by mistake instead of extending. What now?

Email [email protected] — we will move the payment to the correct key.
12

Your proxies do not work / my software shows errors.

Verify that you are using the correct proxy type (HTTP / HTTPS / SOCKS) and that the target site does not block proxies. Also make sure your daily request limit is not exhausted.
13

You have fewer proxies now than before. Why?

Proxy volume changes together with quality and the current filter set. We remove unstable addresses, dangerous IP ranges and proxies that fail repeated checks. If you need a wider pool, loosen country, type or freshness filters or move to the full dashboard list.
14

Proxies marked as anonymous are not actually anonymous.

Anonymity is verified via proxy judges. If a proxy stopped being anonymous it will be downgraded on the next check (5–10 minutes).
15

Why does the API report a subnet-limit error?

Each plan has a cap on the number of subnets returned by the API. If your filter is too broad and the service cannot fit the result into that cap, narrow the request by type, country, city or limit, or use a plan with a higher subnet allowance.
16

I cannot access the API from my IP.

Your IP may have been blocked for exceeding limits. Wait one hour or contact us.
